Much has been talked about the concept of the Secret...But when I really think seriously about it...its not that easy...monitoring your thoughts and feeling all day long..and focussing on something you really want itself is not very easy....much like in board exams we want to get the highest marks but don't want to think about the exams.....creating a visual and mental reality for longer durations of time is as difficult as creating structural things in real world....

It creates stress as your mind always tries to create coherent view of reality....so dreaming with conviction is a lovely and not so easy thing to do.
